404 error for some products

Hi everybody,

I have issue with some products on selection getting 404 error:

HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found

The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

The problem is that other products work fine.

The adddres for one of those products is 233 character long. Could this be issue or am I missing out somthing different?

It sounds like it is related to the Ecommerce settings of your urls - see https://doc.dynamicweb.com/documentation-9/platform/platform-tools/customized-urls#3514

Remove the "404 for products not in..."

And remove the strict URL checkbox.

Everything you said is turned off but still I get this error when my url is longer. Also url max lenght in web.config is set to 2000 characters.

I have had our QA and a developer to look into this and we cannot reproduce on latest 9.6 and 9.7. Could you please provide a URL for us and information on the version you encounter the issue on? And where is it hosted?

I sent this issue to support the day before yesterday.

The version is 9.5.5. hosted on clients machine.
