Tracking number in Track and Trace became missing

Dear All, 

When I updated the order detail information for an order in the backend and save, the tracking number for this order in 'Track and Trace' became missing. Please refer to the following link for the scenario.

Please advise how can we avoid this issue while editing the order information.

What version are you on? There was such an issue which was fixed in 9.5.6 https://doc.dynamicweb.com/downloads/releases/bug-fixes/bug-fixes-for-9-5#9.5.6

Dear All, 

I noticed that version 9.5.6 has an issue with url that is not SEO compliance. We need both of these functionality; SEO compliance and 'Save and Close' for order detail.
