Orders and Order Details Hit Timeout Error

After updating 8.9 to 9.5.3 in backend order details hit sqltimeout error

we have changed index based on latest db structure but still getting the error and order list also very slow.

any clue to resolve it?

i will give the clues here that if any other faced how to fix quickly

* Refer the latest DB indexes and correct on the OLD DB specially in table AccessUser, EcomProducts, EcomOrders, EcomOrderLines, EcomOrderDubuggingInfo

* Purge the stats table records based on requirement
