ItemCreater module problem sending forms

I have, in V8, used the ItemCreator module for creating forms to send over email.
It have been working as described in manual and as implemented in the solution, but after upgrating to V9, it no longer works.

When checking the checkbox "Send the form over mail" and, the checkbox is set to blank (false) when saving, which makes the module useless in the solution

Is it a bug?

Hi Peter

I'll have QA test it out. In the meantime you should check your SMTP settings and if other parts of the systems can send emails.

Hi Peter

The problem TFS#28974 "item creator form save events checkbox states not saved" has now been fixed in version 9.1.5
