Abandoned cart emails not being sent to logged in users (DW 9.8.6)

Hello

We run into issues with an abandoned cart email where we weren't receiving emails for logged in users although anonymous users did receive them.

With the settings in the image dump, more specifically having the "Require customer was logged in" uncheked, shouldn't contemplate for both types of users, anonymous and logged in?

Having the box checked wouldn't sent an email whatsoever.

Here's a screencast with a repro:

Can it be that the user does not have "allow email" set?

Nicolai, the users we tested all have email permission set.

Hi all,

The issue is reproduced on DW9.8.6 admin in fact. Per the options in image above, user should be mailed regardless his is logged or isn't (DW97 behaviour) as well as with options 1 or 3 checked for logged in user). It's now bugged by TFS 80241 has been created and will be fixed in upcoming release. Thanks.
