Hi guys,

We have a new issue that has recently occurred. This seems to happen in all updated versions of browsers. It was initially reported for Firefox 55. When trying to change vendors in the Vendors and Promotions area, if you click on a vendor name, you get nothing.  You have to right-click and choose Properties to see it. This only brings up the Item Type properties and not the ability to edit the item itself.

Hi Terri

I cannot replicate that, see dump #1... You have tried deleting your cache etc.?

Does you console show anything

Hi NIcolai,

Promotions works fine. It is Vendors that has the problem. Are you able to edit those?

It seems to be an integration issue?

When I look at the data at pageid=23871, using SELECT * FROM page where pageid=23871, I can see that it is related to data in Table ItemTyep_Portal_Vendors with and ID of 71715 (Looking at the page table Itemtype and ItemID columns).

Querying that table for the data (SELECT * FROM itemtype_Portal_Vendors where id = 71715) results in no data.

So that must be the issue. The UI gives a bad error - it simply redirects, which is not a very good error handling!
