Hi

I have created a content approval workflow as below

- VA1  - to add/edit content

- TPL1 - to review and approve content

- TPL2 - to review and approve content.

Below is what we had tested

- VA1 had modify the content and click start the workflow.

- log in as TPL1 and noted pending approval requested by VA1 which is correct.

- log in as VA1 and click start the workflow second time.

- log in as TPL1 and noted the pending approval request had gone missing.

- log in as TPL2 and noted the pending approval record exist but not request by TPL1 but rather VA1 >> if follow the normal way,  the request by is TPL1

Please advise.

Thanks

Hello Pang Lin,

Yes, both issues are reproducing and look like bugs. I've created new TFS # 52881 for it. Supposed to be fixed to the next hot-fix release.

Thank you very much for observing.

Best regards,

The problem regarding #52881 "Clicking 'Start workflow' more than once breaks the WF definition + incorrect workflow steps " has now been resolved in Dynamicweb version 9.4.17

To upgrade please choose this version from backend or download from here:
