Cannot edit form field in Forms for Editors

Hi,

 

I am getting an error editing a field in Forms for Editors in 9.8.4

It breaks with existing or new fields.

Seems like you have 2 custom fields with the same name?

Hi Nicolai,

 

You were right. It's a custom development that's wrongly checking if a field exists before creating it. The API allowing me to Add a "duplicate CustomField to the CustomFieldCollection without throwing an exception. I am glad we captured it early before this leads to other issues.

 

Hope it still makes sense to throw the exception.
