Hi,

 

It would be great if the Extranet App could allow us to choose between the Primary and Secondary User, that way we could easily View Profile, Edit Profile and Manage addresses directly on the Secondary User while he is impersonating/managing an account.

 

We do this often, in the sense that the user cannot stop impersonating an account (we actually auto-impersonate them specially if they have 1 account they can manage/impersonate). This currently poses a challenge:

  • If we want to use the App - they have to stop manage an account and update their information and then manage an account again
  • If we want to optimize their experience - we have to develop something custom that the app already does (feels like re-inventing the wheel)

 

In my mind, if we could have that setting, we could have 2 separate paragraphs (in separate pages) where we could list "Account information" vs "My personal information" in a simpler way.

+1 This is a foundational item for requests we are getting to show the consents for the Login and not the customer. This would prevent us from doing it all custom.

Hi guys,

 

This request keeps coming up. It would save us some time in customizations, if the extranet allowed for a configuration to work on the Secondary vs Primary user.

 

Having multiple projects for B2B, there are situations where Sales Reps, Support Desk or even Login users need/want to manage their profile, while their are managing an Account. Although we can technically suggest they stop managing the account to handle their profile, it introduces friction to the User Experience, which is also why we have to consider customizations for it. If the app supported that settings, we could easily have a page+paragraph dedicated to the secondary user.
