We have an issue, that when combining a variant, data from a category field is not copied to the master (when "Allow change of field content across variants" is NOT checked), even though there is data on the product selected for creating the master.
I can find the data in "EcomProductCategoryFieldValue" for each of the variants (with the new ProductId and VariantId), but not for the master.
I have tried saving the master product, and toggling "Allow change of field content across variants" on/off, but it doesn't make a difference.
Tested in version 9.13.13
