PIM - issue with long list of folders on

Hi,

We are experiencing an issue when trying to select an image through "Manage Assets" in a PIM product. When we have a huge list of folders, a "Load All" button appears, but when we click on it, it doesn't show the rest of the folders. Instead, just show "No results found!". You can see in the image below.



It returns the following error:

 

We are running DW 9.10.7.

Has anyone experienced the same issue?

Hi Nicolai,

There are about 580 folders.

Hi guys,

I am expecting to hit some similar limitation very soon in one of our PIM related projects. It would be good if there is a solution for this already.

I have tried hacking the file manager to allow searching for folders but the javascript logic there is just too much to grasp in a decent amount of time.

I am interested to see where this is going.

Hi Ricardo

Have a look at try out this setting:

Of course if you set it to 10000 and you have that many folders, a performance hit will be present.

Hi Nicolai,

Thank you for the quick response.

I have tried to increase the Max. number of folders to 1000, but same issue occurred.

Hi Nicolai,

I can send you by email. Or I can send you the customer's name and you can take a look. The website is running on the DW server.
