More than once we get some issues that cause us to rerun updates, most of the times fixing some issues that were not covered by them.
Considering this post https://doc.dynamicweb.com/forum/development/development/editing-carts-from-the-backend I can see that one of the upgrade "packages" (that Imar found), has a conditional to upgrade. So far so good, but it would be great if in the case the condition was not met, we could see that package 2140 (in this example) did not run.
This would help expose/highlight some issues sooner rather than later OR at least provide visibility in what is wrong before a customer runs into it.
